ConFlex consortium’s first network meeting was successfully held at the University of Twente, the Netherlands, 24th of June to 4th of July 2018. This gathering included a kick-off meeting, a training workshop (“Collaboration/teamwork” by Ravissant), and a scientific school (Mini-courses on “Modelling and discretization of fluid structure interaction”, “Introduction to port-Hamiltonian modelling” and “Model approximation for the control of flexible structures” given by Marius Tucsnak, Hans Zwart and Charles Poussot-Vassaland respectively).
